Participation in events sponsored by the Palm Tree Santas is open to all Santas, Mrs. Clauses, spouses elves, friends and suppliers of the Christmas Community. We invite you to participate in all social functions and enjoy all the fun and fellowship of the Palm Tree Santas.

Participation only requires sending an email to santa@santatb.com  with your name, physical address, email address and telephone number. You will be placed in the Palm Tree Santas database and sent emails detailing any and all PTS activities.

Active Member with “Find A Santa” Website Listing

Qualified Santas/Mrs Claus who meet the requirements may request to be listed on the “Find A Santa” PTS website page at any time by completing the application, submitting the Initial Listing fee and providing the necessary documents/photos.

The requirements for listing on the “Find A Santa” page are listed below

Application Process:

1. Fill out the application entirely
2. Application sent to Palm Tree Santas Board of Directors for approval.
3. Maintain Membership in IBRBS, pay IBRBS annual dues
4. Purchase Background Check annually through IBRBS
5. Purchase Liability Insurance annually through IBRBS

After your application is approved:

1. Your listing page will be created and approved by you.

After you approve page:

1. Invoice will be generated for an Initial Listing fee of $50* (includes 1st annual listing)
2. Pay Palm Tree Santas a $25** Annual Listing fee. (9/1-8/31)

(Failure to maintain the annual requirements will result in removal of your listing)
*Your photos and information will appear in up to three counties you work in.
**You may request changes in your listing (photos, phone/address, etc, annually.
(please request any and all changes between June 1st and Oct 1st)

Annual Requirements

1. Maintain Membership in IBRBS, pay IBRBS annual dues
2. Pledge to purchase Background Check annually through IBRBS
3. Pledge to purchase Liability Insurance annually through IBRBS
4. Pay Palm Tree Santas a $25** Annual Listing fee.  (9/1-8/31)

You must complete the Application and forward two photos for the listing
 Failure to maintain all four of the requirements at all times will result in an
Immediate suspension of your listing until said requirements have been completed.
